I called Tim when my air conditioning stopped working. I live in a condo and was told when I moved in that my AC unit was a unit on the other side of the building. Tim realized this was not correct and came out a second time to fix my actual unit. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and he fixed my AC for a very fair price without ever trying to get me to replace it. Tim is a Veteran who served our country and he is still doing so!
