I called Tim when my air conditioning stopped working. I live in a condo and was told when I moved in that my AC unit was a unit on the other side of the building. AWESOME! Tim was great! Totally honest, exceptional work and didn't charge me an arm and a leg and half my house!!! I asked him if we should replace the furnace since it's 12 years old and he said no and that Carrier furnaces last longer than 12 years! By his honesty with that, he saved us about $2000. You can't go wrong with Sentry!

I never write these things but I felt I had to today. I was at my wits end having no heat for a day in 13 degree weather. I called a ton of places and some were days out for appointments. I reached Tim at Sentry and explained the problem, he said he could take care if it within the hour. He was at my house in an hour and very courteous, professional and kind. He had my problem resolved in a few minutes and went beyond the job and cleaned my furnace at no additional charge. I not only would recommend Sentry but you should make it your first call! Could not be more pleased with my experience.
